The
Argyle Institute of Human Relations is a Montreal Community Mental
Health Clinic - A Non-profit organization that provides services for
individuals, couples and families.
The Argyle is having a fundraising event:
On Tuesday - February 28th, 2006 at 6:30 P.M.
at the beautifully renovated Rialto Theatre - 5723 Park Avenue

There will be a showing of the Popular Brazilian Film
with English subtitles - Dois Filhos de Francisco
- (The Two Sons of Francisco) - based on a true story of very popular
Brazilian singers - Zézé de Camargo and Luciano.
The movie tells the warm story of a family and a father's determination
to help his sons. It is Brazil's Top Grossing Film of all time and
was Brazil's official Oscar Entry.
There will be a short discussion of the film from a psychological
perspective presented by Dr. Gabriela Legorreta - a well-known Montreal-based
psychoanalyst-psychologist.
The evening will also include Brazilian music, a Brazilian Samba demonstration
and door prizes.
Tickets are $25 each and a portion of ticket cost
is tax-deductible.
